INTERNSHIP FAQ’S

Can I apply for an internship after I’ve graduated?
No, to be eligible for an internship you must still be enrolled in a university or equivalent-level school.
Are the Internships Paid?
Yes, all the interns are paid in terms of AAVTR Employee Business Policy.
How and where can I apply?
All internship opportunities are listed on this career site. To be considered, students must be available for the start date and duration of the program. You must apply directly online.
When is the best time to apply for the summer internship program?
Internship opportunities are posted year round. Applicants are encouraged to apply early.
How does the hiring process work?

Direct Onboarding: Our team usually follows multiple criteria when offering internships to students based on their application (Direct onboarding) or interview. The company tries to provide a learning environment for students by training candidates from the ground up and waiving the eligibility criteria; the candidate must possess a growing spirit.

Based on Interview: Each application is reviewed against the requirements of the position. Students who meet the requirements will be invited to interview with a recruiter. The next step includes an interview with the hiring manager. After all interviews are conducted, an offer will be extended to the strongest candidate for the internship.

Is it possible to apply to more than one internship?
Yes, students can submit applications to multiple internships.
What will be the minimum duration of an internship?
The minimum duration will be 60 days.
